This is the site if you want to have a closer look at coastal rural Norfolk from a tent, campervan, caravan or motorhome.

We have decided not to put a location map up on the site for security reasons, plus, you have to book in advance. We are a “wild” campsite and would like you to make sure that we are suitable for you. Please try and arrange bookings by email stay@norfolkbrickyard.co.uk

We have some more facilities now, like a flushing loo, hot and cold running water, hot showers but we are still really “bush-style” camping, away from the road and with a closeness to nature. All of our npitches are secluded and mostly completely private, screened by bushes and trees from other pitches on the site. Some of our pitches are suitable for motorhomes but we do not have electrical hook-up. All of our pitches have a ring of bricks for a campfire.

We are about 5 mins from the sea by car or about an hours walk. Bicycles are the best way to get about.

Sadly we cannot take dogs, this is because there are game keeper’s working the site for predators like foxes. The traps they set are harmless to humans but very bad news for dogs...[read more]

A peaceful, uncommercialised farm site with grass underfoot and stars overhead, surrounded by the beautiful Devon countryside and with breathtaking views across the fields to the sea. This family-run site makes a perfect holiday base, being close to Dartmouth (7 miles) and many lovely beaches including the award-winning Blackpool Sands. The site prides itself on giving each camper a roomy, level pitch, with even more space for ball games etc. The site consists of two level fields totalling 10 acres. There is plenty of room to pitch your tent and space for the children to play.

We have a quiet time between 11pm and 7am to ensure that everybody can get a good night's sleep

Arrival time: 12 noon - 9pm
Pitches must be vacated by noon on day of departure.Camping Facilities
We have all the basic facilities: 10 toilets, 4 showers (20p charge for 5 minutes) and 4 washing up sinks with hot water, all kept to a high standard of cleanliness. There is a fridge and a freezer for ice blocks. A Laundry Service is available from reception.

Thirty of the pitches provide electric hook-ups for caravans or tents. Over the years we have made many friends who come back annually. There is a large field available for rallies. [read more]

The barn previously formed the original milking parlour and dairy, plus two attached stables with a long feed store above. It is believed to have been built between 1840 and 1890, with stone walls that are two feet thick, pillars and attractive arch windows.

The popular Coleridge Way runs through the farm and nearby is the West Coastal Path which is ideal for walkers and cyclists. During your stay we hope you will experience the wonderful dark night skies of Exmoor and maybe explore the beautiful rugged coastline of Somerset and the surfing beaches of North Devon.

Orchard Springs Campsite - tents only, Bodmin

Perfectly situated in the heart of the County with easy access to both the North and South Coasts, our Cornish hideaway campsite, with only 30 pitches exclusively for tents to choose from, we also have a small number of letting units for those who prefer not to camp. The campsite sits in a quiet, tucked away location whilst being just a few minutes’ drive from the A30 and former County town of Bodmin.

Running alongside the campsite is a delightful stream which leads into the Camel River and a short walk to the Camel cycle trail will take keen cyclists on a scenic route to nearby Wadebridge and onto the fishing harbour of Padstow. Truly a walkers/cyclists paradise.

Bodmin, 1 mile, has a wide selection of amenities including supermarkets, pubs, restaurants, cycle hire and the infamous Bodmin Jail. The Eden Project and Lanhydrock House are a fifteen minute drive respectively. This is an ideal base for touring the County with easy road access and situated midway between the North and South coasts both less than a half hours drive, there are also countryside walks, golf courses, cycle routes and hiking trails in the area.

On site we bake our own pastries and bread in the mornings and have a small shop for the essentials like milk, eggs, bacon and sausages. We offer a new shower block with individual shower rooms with plenty of hot water, pot washing and freezer in the campers kitchen. Our ethos is very laid back, there is no clubhouse or constant traffic noise just the odd tractor passing from time to time.

Gwel-an-Nans is a family-run campsite set in the heart of the Cornish countryside. Located near Bodmin, Cornwall, our farm is nestled amongst the edges of Bodmin Moor. Facilities

Site facilities include a toilet block, male and female wet rooms with free heated showers, and a disabled toilet. Early arrivals and late departures are not a problem here as there is a handy holding area for units. We are a small family friendly site, that is able to accommodate tents, trailer tents, camper vans and motorhomes (up to 23ft long). We have both hard standing and grass pitches, and have electric hook up available for all types of pitch.

Norden Farm is a family-run touring caravan and camping site set on a working farm just outside of Corfe Castle on the Jurassic Coast, Dorset. The site is open from March 1st to October 31st (weather permitting).

The campsite is set back from the main road within a gorgeous valley and each field has different views to offer. There are four level grass fields, three with electric hook up and an additional six-acre free pitching field for tents and VW camper vans in peak season.

Campers are allocated particular electric pitches based on what they have booked, but specific pitches can be requested. Please note that we are a grass site and have no hardstanding pitches.

We leave it to you to choose where you'd like to pitch - all our pitches are level. Some campers like to position themselves amongst the trees whilst others prefer the grassy areas which have natural divisions offering privacy.

Longthorns Farm is situated in the picturesque heart of Dorset along the Jurassic coast, next to Monkey World, we are 2 minutes drive to the Famous Tank Museum, you may even hear the rumble of tanks passing on training days or woken by the singing of the gibbons, the whistle of a glider landing next door. Purbeck shooting school is an approx a mile from us, offering a great day out Clay shooting.

We are a working farm and campsite, 47 acres of woodlands, and fields with a woodland walk. Producing hay and haylage off the fields, the mixture of meadow grasses and permanent pasture which gives excellent quality hay results.

Referred to as "the Glastonbury Festival of UK campsites" (CoolCamping.co.uk), Eweleaze opens for just 4 weeks every summer.

The campsite is located 1km off the road down a farm track, in an area of outstanding natural beauty, making it quiet and secluded, and safe for children. There are extensive sea views from most parts of the site, and guests have the use of the of the private beach, which forms part of the farm.

The site covers several fields so it doesn't feel crowded, even on busy weekends, and it is usually possible to choose your own pitch. Friends and families can camp in groups as they please, and parking by your tent is allowed on most of the fields. There is loads of room for kids to run around, fly kites, play ball games and the like.
